Forms on your published pages feed the same subscriber list the campaign editor sends from. You can also embed a form on a site you host elsewhere and collect into the same place.
Campaigns written like pages
Write the email in the same environment as the site, schedule it, and send it to a segment. What you learned about the editor applies here.
Automation for the sequences you repeat
Welcome sequences and triggered sends run on their own once configured, so recurring email stops being a manual task.
Your own sending domain
Authenticate a domain you control so email arrives from you, not from a shared platform address.
From reader to subscriber
01
Collect
Add a form to a page, or embed one on an external site.
02
Segment
Group subscribers by what they did, so sends stay relevant.
03
Send
Write a campaign, schedule it, or let automation handle it.
Yes — subscribers can be imported into the audience for a site.
Do I need a separate email service?
No. Sending is part of the platform, including domain authentication so mail is sent from a domain you control.
Can an agent draft campaigns for me?
Newsletter drafts can be created and updated over the API, including from an agent. Sending stays a deliberate action.
Where do social posts fit in?
Social publishing is a separate capability in the same workspace: drafts for Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn are prepared in the dashboard and published after you approve them. Agents can draft over the API; approval stays with a person.
