Aveiro helps you build sites, grow an audience, and send email. Use it lawfully, pay for plans you choose, and keep your account secure. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and payments are generally non-refundable. You own your content; we host it. Our liability is limited as described below.
Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aveiro at aveiro.app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Aveiro ("we", "us", "our").By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Aveiro is
Aveiro is an online platform that lets you:
Build and publish websites (including on {slug}.aveiro.page and optional custom domains)
Edit content visually, manage media, and use AI-assisted editing tools
Collect email subscribers, organize segments, and send campaigns or automations
View privacy-friendly analytics for your sites
Collaborate in organizations with role-based access
Draft, approve and schedule social posts published to connected accounts
Subscribe to paid plans with usage credits for email, AI and social publishing
Features vary by plan. Some capabilities (such as custom domains, BYOK email providers, or higher limits) require a paid subscription.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.During closed beta, signup may require a valid invite code or waitlist approval. We may change beta access rules at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information
Keeping your password and account credentials secure
All activity under your account
Ensuring collaborators you invite comply with these Terms
Notify us promptly at support@aveiro.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. Deletion is subject to confirmation and may not immediately remove all backups or logs retained for legal or security purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
Prices, features, and credit allowances are described on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods
Taxes may apply depending on your location
Failed payments may suspend access until resolved
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as you chose) and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you start a paid trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel first. We email the organization owner a reminder before each renewal charge: 7 days before a monthly renewal and 30 days before an annual renewal. The reminder states the renewal date, the plan price, and how to cancel. Please keep your account email up to date — a reminder that doesn't reach you because of an outdated address, a full inbox, or spam filtering doesn't change the renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your organization's dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, except where this section or applicable law says otherwise. In particular:
Renewal charges — including automatic monthly and annual renewals — are not refunded once processed, whether or not you used the Service during the new period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Partial periods — we do not refund or credit unused time when you cancel or downgrade mid-period.
Credits and top-ups — purchased credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional cases, such as a duplicate charge or a billing error on our side. Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again. Contact support@aveiro.app about any charge you believe is wrong; please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.Your statutory rights are not affected. If you are a consumer, the law where you live may give you rights that cannot be waived by contract — for example, a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period, or to a remedy if the Service is faulty. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Payments you schedule or authorize
You are responsible for every charge that you, members of your organization, or tools and integrations acting on your instructions schedule or authorize — including subscription renewals, plan changes, credit top-ups, and recurring or scheduled purchases. We process those payments as instructed and are not responsible for charges that result from a subscription or scheduled payment you did not cancel in time, or from a collaborator you gave billing access to.If you sell products, memberships, sponsorships or ads to your own customers through Aveiro, those sales are between you and your customers. You set and honor your own refund terms toward them; we are not the seller and are not responsible for refunds of those payments.Usage of email sends, AI features and social publishing consumes plan credits. Each pool has its own monthly allowance; top-up credits are shared and never expire.Social publishing is metered per network write: one post to one connected platform, and one more for its first comment. Platforms that charge us per post cost proportionally more — X notably so, and considerably more again for a post containing a link. Only writes that actually publish are charged: a platform that rejects a post, or refuses its first comment, costs you nothing. Publishing to X requires a paid plan.Additional top-ups or overage may be offered separately.
